Thomas (Tom) Neils is a landscape architect and his contributions to MEF and EEMPS grow each day. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and cofounder of Neils Lunceford landscaping company. He designed the EEMPS Girls’ Dormitory; designed and funded many school gardens, walkways, and water system components; developed numerous site plans for the school; donated a drone to the school; funded the 2024 classroom additions; and acts as a construction liaison between MEF and ENCO. He also sponsors three children at EEMPS and the ENCO Secondary School. Tom is the MEF/ENCO construction liaison.
